At the present stage, improvement of Olympic Moves in Azerbaijan Republic can be display in effort of country in sport. Various competitions as well as the first European Games which successfully held in Baku gaining 21 gold, 15 silver and 20 bronze medals are manifestation of forming of new heavy youth athletes. Deserving of 10 medals in last Summer Olympic Games is validation of high potential of national team in Olympic sport types.

Ministry of Youth and Sport, National Olympic Committee and corresponding sport federations are in multistage proses in forming Nationonal Team for next XXXI Summer Olympic Games which will be held in Rio de Janerio , Brasilia in 2016.

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, assured of well organizing of National Olympic Team in XXXI Summer Olympic Games, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. The Cabinet of Ministries Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. The special programme presented by Ministry of Youth and Sport and National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan Republic for the preparing period of National Team in XXXI Summer Olympic Games to organise of trainings, participation of athletes in international competitions, organizing licence tournaments, participation of Azerbaijan Delegation in Olympic Games and providing relevant financial support of organizing other events;

1.2. To solve all relevant complications arising from this Order.
